One stupid mistake. My fingers hovered over the screen, trembling. My vision blurred as I read the message again, slowly, letting the words sink in. A breathless, bitter laugh escaped me. "Right. A little mistake," I muttered. I didn't even care about the part where he said he loved her more. What burned was him calling it one stupid mistake.
