Time To Hunt Book Novels & Stories

I was engaged with a book about hunters which I got from William's old book collection. Hunters were half human and half supernatural. They looked like humans but has speed of werewolves. They can detect any werewolves near by. Their violet eyes starts glowing. Unlike other supernatural creatures hunters did not have other supernatural powers other than their speed that they can only use if their prey is near them.

Shaking my head in embarrassment, I turned from her hungry eyes. She smiled, her teeth showing to me, and I saw what I had never seen before. “I believe you now know the answer to that. The hunt is in every person, but how we choose to use it is unique. I hunger, always, and the hunt is satisfying. But it is a like a drug, impacting every aspect of our lives. Do we hunt, or do we wait? Will there be satisfaction at the end? We seek it, constantly. Of course, though who lie in self-loathing depression are there for a reason. They've lost their hunt, and they fear they will never get it back.”

My one choice would decide the fate of this island. I felt a strange feeling holding me and could hear the screams. It was a calling. Someone was begging me for help. Tugging at my hair, I peeked inside the book. In Pages, a lady seemed to be working on a design with her child wrapped against her back. The little one with shiny eyes was dreaming while holding her mom tightly. I could feel the warmth of her smile. Nerves get on me when I put my hand on the page. The light penetrated my body. Within moments, I felt a drastic change in my surroundings.

“Only when he needs to be,” “Then tell me, why hasn't he ended that tradition of yours, the one where he found you? That thing you talked about where they hunt you girls down,” Did he hear that? How had he not been caught for this long? This was beyond weird, he should've been noticed. “The Hunt,” I said. He nodded and pointed. “That’s the one. Guess you don't mind that your sister will be participating,” I gritted my teeth. “She won’t,”

He couldn't even stand. Just when it looked like the ragdoll was going to beat him to death, it suddenly stopped and grabbed my hand. Then it used my fingers to lift the knife he had dropped and plunged it straight into his heart. The familiar system chime echoed. [Player Franklin Hanson has been eliminated.] My balance shot up by several hundred coins. My eyes sparkled. "Bunny, you're amazing! You even let me have the kill." The chat exploded. [Weren't these two supposed to be weak monsters? I left for a minute, and now they're so strong!]

This little note is my apology to the readers of THE LYCAN'S HUNT, which I've not been able to upload for almost two weeks now. I'm slightly ashamed to confess this, but my energy towards the story got stuck and I wasn't able to pen anything down for many days. 💜💜💜 Thankfully, I was able to write some words over the past three days. The story is nearing its end, and I'm hoping to make the ending land as beautifully as possible. I hope you'll be there when that time comes.

“Participants are expected in the eastern ballroom at ten o’clock for the oath ceremony. The Hunt begins at midnight. Until then, you are forbidden from leaving the mansion grounds.” I tucked the card into the pocket sewn into the side of my dress. “And the Alphas?” Her expression became even colder. “What about them?” “Are they already here?” Several women turned more openly now. The registrar studied me. “The hunters arrived before sunset.” My wolf stirred beneath my skin. Not fear. Not exactly. She had spent three years pacing inside me, restless and furious each time another trail led nowhere. Tonight, she was alert. Ready. “Which Alphas?” I asked.

i spotted Knox near the front, standing tall and composed, his presence commanding attention without effort. Our eyes met briefly and through the bond i felt his emotions He was proud “You look sexy mate I can’t wait to eat you out on the table” He said through the bond I sputtered and Caleb gave me a knowing smirk. Then looked back as Conrad stepped forward. “The hunt will take place in two days,” he announced. The reaction was immediate, they were cheers and excited murmurs. All the women around me lit up instantly. “Oh my goddess finally!” “I’ve been waiting for this!”

The connection hit us both like lightning. The room disappeared. Time slowed. I saw her shock, her confusion, then the spark of recognition. My wolf growled low in my chest, urging him to go to her. But I couldn’t. Not here. Not in front of everyone. Clearing my throat, I tore my gaze away. “Open your textbooks to page forty,” I said, voice a little too rough. And I… I couldn't stop glancing at her. Every instinct in me screamed to claim her. But reason whispered, She’s your student.

“How much longer am I supposed to wait? Every day she’s here, she’s ruining everything—my reputation, my chances, my life!” “Patience, Sabrina,” he said, his tone firm. “Revenge is sweeter when it’s precise.” I glared at him, but he held my gaze, unyielding. Then, his expression shifted. A spark of something dark and cunning lit his eyes. “The Hunting Festival is in two weeks, is it not?” I frowned. “What does that have to do with anything?” He smiled, the kind of smile that made my skin prickle with anticipation. “Accidents happen in the forest, especially during a hunt. Wolves can get separated from the pack. Run into… trouble.”
