It was from Dahlia and she was letting me know that they had managed to capture the two felons, the guys were in the dungeons and we're being investigated by the Alpha. Although, they hadn't said anything yet, she thinks one of them would confess soon. The last part of the text made me feel strange and I didn't know if she was saying the truth or not. This place was readjusted and upgraded with time. Still a prison, but a much better version than where I had put that filthy bitch. I approached the huge cell at the end of the passage. It was made with strong silver irons. Impossible for a strong Alpha to break it as well.

I said. “Don’t worry, Omarion. I won’t let Darius kill him,” Dante added, as if my restraint needed reinforcement. Dante always had the annoying habit of saying the obvious out loud. The officer slid the key in and opened the cell. The man in the cell tilted his head, looking at me. “You the Alpha?” he rasped. I stepped inside until I was only a few feet from him. The air was thick with the smell of sweat and disinfectant.

I was not even religious, but I found myself praying to the Moon Goddess that she was safe. "It's no use. There's no getting out of here," a voice said from the cell next to mine. I didn't get startled, though I felt the hair on my body rising as I spotted a slumped figure in the corner of the small space. I could not make out any features, only able to identify them as male and an alpha. I ignored him. There was no time to bond with some miserable prison fuck over the fact that there was no way out of here except a key.

It was a four-foot cylindrical metal prison in the ground with a dome-shaped lid, not the cells to be exact. The Elder’s hazel eyes flashed to me, dread mounting in them. On further inspection at least there didn’t seem to be any cameras in here. I walk back into the main cell room to find the Alpha standing by the door, shoulders slumped and his face looking down at the floor. He didn’t want me in here and most likely pleaded with my brother for leniency. But he doesn’t know my brother as well as he thought he did. I can’t be angry at him, I hurt Hong, I must pay for my crime. “Thank you Alpha, I’ll be fine!” I nod to him. He leaves me and closes the cell door behind him. The lock seems to work on some kind of mechanism and most likely linked to the computers in the control room. A lock I couldn’t break my way out of, not that I would try anyway.

I find my body stiff in nervousness as I wait for him to continue. “They are moving him to the maximum security prison, the one on Island St Helena,” Aiden finally meets my eyes, but this time he hides his thoughts well, “I just thought maybe you would want to know.” They are putting him in the death locker? Where no one ever comes out alive??? I don’t know what to say. My heart races and my head becomes dazzled when the fact that Damon is really going to prison hits me. Is it real? That THE Alpha is falling from his high throne? That I’m never going to see him again??
