The scream that rips out of me isn’t just grief; it’s full of agony and rage.
Zion appears in the doorway, a towering black wolf, his eyes glowing gold in the smoke and flashing lights. He snarls, head low, teeth bared, his entire body tensed to strike.
“Kill them all,” I whisper, voice shaking with anger.
He launches without hesitation. His jaws close around Reaper’s shoulder, and with a sickening crunch, he rips the entire arm free from its socket. Blood sprays across the floor. Screams echo through the room. Reaper goes down hard.
