Today I have to figure out what to do in this world. I have to find my path and fight for what is right, I feel so alone, I feel like I have no one to turn to. I have no home and no family. I am out of the void but I am still just as lost as I was in the void. I am so confused.

No one. I had acquaintances, people I worked with, people I saw everyday. But friends? Real, genuine friends? The kind who knew your secrets and your fears and still cared? I had none, I didn't have a single friend in the world. The truth hit me with the force of a wave crashing against the rocks: I was alone. Utterly, completely alone.
