I would never show my face in front of them again for the rest of my life. I followed Martha out of the low, mud-brick house. The blinding sunlight filled me with joy. Elaine was standing beside her car. Her brows knitted together when her gaze locked onto my tattered clothes. "What's with the getup? Are you trying to remind me of how miserable your life has been?" Initially, she had felt a twinge of guilt about leaving me stranded in these mountains. Owen, however, had already warned her that I might deliberately play the victim to gain her sympathy.

Amelia gasped. "Wait a second right here there's a hidden passage way into the pack territory why didn't you circle it?" She asked pointing to the map. I shook my head. "My father had that destroyed shortly before he died, I don't know why, but I remember it. Here however there is a very steep hill that is hard to see over unless you're standing at the top of it. If we climbed it while hopefully being down wind no one would know we were there." I said pointing to the far right circle. Dominic shook his head.

Samantha and Andrew are back at the same beach, they approach a travel agent and book a trip to a new location. They book a trip to, Torres del Paine, in Chile! The park is known for its stunning landscapes, including towering mountains, vast glaciers, and pristine lakes. Samantha and Andrew decides to spend their time hiking, exploring, and enjoying the breathtaking views. One day, they decide to hike to the base of the majestic Torres del Paine - three granite spires that rise over 2,500 meters into the sky. The hike is long and difficult, but the view is worth it!

The forest here was different to the one in the Silver Pine Pack territory. The trees smelled different and there were huge, glorious mountains here. It was truly a breathtaking sight. "You OK?" Clayton whispered in her ear. She looked at him and nodded, a small smile playing on her lips, reassured by his presence.

“You can just barely make out the werewolf continent!” Chris chuckled as he followed my finger. There, off in the distance, was the peak of a mountain poking out through the haze of fog. Moonpeak Mountain—the tallest mountain in the entire werewolf continent, and also the location of Moonshine pack. “Have you visited there before?” Chris asked as we settled into our seats. “Moonshine pack, I mean?” I shook my head. “Never. It’s too far, and the mountain road to get there is treacherous.”

The pack is shrinking. We are the last pack. Very long ago, packs used to fill these mountains and forests, but war with humans and sickness wiped most of us out. Now, we survive in hiding, cut off from others, clinging to what we have left. As far as we know, no other packs remain nearby. In some ways, it is better; there is no need to share our women. But it also means we are alone, fighting to keep our bloodline alive as we battle humans. I won’t share Emily, ever. She's my special treasure. I laid her on the bed and closed the door behind me.

I tell the server, retrieving my Black Diamond Dominion Card. The server bows so low his snout almost touches the stone floor, swiftly guiding our pack up to the highest residential tier of the Eclipse Moon Lodge. The suite is magnificent—outfitted with heavy redwood furniture, thick fur rugs, and a massive stone bathing pool fed by natural mountain springs. "By the Moon Mother!" Nyra squeals, throwing her body onto the massive fur couch. "This den is large enough to host an entire warrior squad! Look at the size of that stone tub, we can all shift into our wolf forms and still have room to swim!"

Not only did his wife and beta find out, but other pack members also found out too and it stirred up fear in the heart of the pack members as most of them had wondered why these unknown people want to attack them. For a long time, the mountain pack had been known to be one of the peace packs to have ever existed. Unlike other packs, the mountain pack spends time in the mountains learning every necessary thing about the mountain. They knew all the woods. They could tell the shortest and longest cut to any place. They knew caves that could be a hiding place from enemies and threats. They could tell the part of the wood that is dangerous and the safe one.

Her chest ached, her legs burned, but she couldn’t stop. The pack's territory was vast, with posh houses, and a vast wildlife sanctuary bordered it on three sides. The higher you were in rank, the closer your residence was to the Duskbane's Estate property. Just then, her foot caught on a root, and she pitched forward, hitting the dirt hard. Pain jolted up her knees. She groaned, pushing herself upright, brushing soil from her palms. Silence pressed heavily around her. 'CRACK!' She froze, listening, the night was too still.
