I PICKED UP A FAKE MATE, BUT HE'S THE ENEMY ALPHA

I PICKED UP A FAKE MATE, BUT HE'S THE ENEMY ALPHA

Mira and Lyra were on either side of me, their faces flush with excitement as they looked out over the stone railing. The crowd erupted into a roar as the first two contestants stepped onto the blood-stained sand. It was Tristan and Asher. To showcase the dominance of the prospective heirs, the elders had released wild mountain beasts, corrupted twice the size of a normal predator. I watched in stomach-churning silence as Tristan shifted seamlessly, his large amber wolf lunging forward, tearing into the beast with a brutal efficiency alongside Asher’s gray wolf. They handled the monster with terrifying ease, their claws leaving deep gasps across its fur until the beast collapsed into the dir

Her Ultimate Salvation

Her Ultimate Salvation

The beast moved towards Will as Will waited for him to make his move. Impatient, the beast leapt forward, while Will kicked his leg out, cracking the ribs of the beast in front of him. The beast jumped up and came at Will again. This time, Will partially shifted and reached his clawed hand out to allow it to swipe across the beast’s neck. Will moved forwards, allowing his claws to dig into the beast’s jugular

Beast

Beast

She couldn't believe that she was thinking like this about her friend! But then again she could. She remembered being cradled in his arms half in and out of consciousness and some man had called him Beast. He'd said "Beast take care of her", or something in that vein. Ashleigh stared grimly into space. Once upon a time she only cared about how someone looked, how good she looked, how good they looked together. Ashleigh knew the truth; when it was all said and done it wasn't Christopher who was the Beast, it was her.

I loved this story! I love the characters, the concept of seeing the beauty in a person for their character & personality; along with knowing everything worked out for the best with the two main characters just made my heart so happy. Great read!!!

MARKED BY MY MONSTERS.

MARKED BY MY MONSTERS.

Jaden looks at me; the beast looks at me. I have no idea what the plan is. My heart is beating too fast. I breathe out through my mouth. Go with the flow. I memorize the beast's pattern, knowing I have to do the opposite to win. The beast scrapes its feet against the ground, beats its hands on its chest, roars, and runs toward us at high speed. I don't know if it's the shock that keeps us both rooted in the spot watching this truck-sized killing machine head our way without moving or if it's the sheer confusion of the moment.

The Devil's Broken Doll

The Devil's Broken Doll

From the way she stood in front of him as if the word inevitable did not apply, as if even fate would have to wrestle her to the ground. This was the moment— the breath before the kill— when prey usually broke. When they sobbed or begged or froze. But she didn’t. He lunged. The Beast—his Beast—surged forward in a blur of muscle and horn and rage, claws raking the earth where she’d stood a heartbeat before. Dirt exploded upward, the scent of torn soil and fear filling his lungs. But she wasn’t there. She’d thrown herself sideways, wild and sharp and infuriatingly quick.

How I Saved my Husband with S*x

How I Saved my Husband with S*x

Nwoko Solomon Ikechukwu
the dove said in the attempt to fly away. "Then you leave me with no choice but to kill and feast on you, with my friend the vulture," the beast said. Turning to the vulture he said, "After him, my good man. Don't let him escape. Bring him to me and you will have the best part of the meat and blood. You have my word," the beast promised and the vulture went after the dove violently, and it became a race of life and death. Both of them swing in the wind of fury and survival. The vulture gave the dove a deadly scratch of his claws which left him bleeding and he fell from the high sky to the middle of basket-like grass and was enveloped by the grass. The vulture flew down and searched carefully

 The King of Beasts

The King of Beasts

He was the devil that mothers warned their virgin daughters about. He was a Beast. A beast who ruled over all the beasts. He was the King of Beasts. Instead of replying her, he tangled his fingers in her golden mane, fisting them in his hand and yanked her back. She hissed through her teeth, watching him with a helpless expression. He had never seen her weak like this and his dead heart skipped a beat at her expression. He ran his eyes over her figure. She was still dressed in those cheap, ugly pajamas, he wanted to rip them off her beautiful body and bury her in the finest silk and jewels.

My Irresistible Addiction

My Irresistible Addiction

Author Pixieblues
A beast ran after me with very much ferocity. This beast looked really hideous and despite its size, could run very fast. I ran as fast as I could go, with everything I'd got, but I seemed to be getting weaker, and the beast seemed, on the other hand, to be getting stronger, and at the passing of each second, it got closer to me. It was just as though the beast was feeding off my strength, adding it to its own strength, and then getting stronger. I threw all caution to the winds, and employed the use of my air magic. I allowed myself glide through the air at terrific speed. When I looked back however, I saw that the beast was doing same. The beast was gliding through the air just as I was, w

House of Sighs

House of Sighs

Crystal Lake Publishing
Nobody at all. Jack was alone. And so he lay there observing the great shape unfurling from the cut. It moved like cloud shadows over the faces of mountains, slithering and worthy of its wonder. Jack watched this thing quicken, its ferocity making him as tiny and insignificant as an ant, and in the shade of that enormous comparison, he recognized it for what it was. The Beast. It drank the stars dry, one by one, until only darkness remained. *** Michael brought the rock down a final time.
