Breathing heavily he looked to Elaina who stood examining all the dead beasts on the ground. “I don’t really know how we are going to explain this.” She said thoughtfully. “Do you suppose we should burn the bodies?” “How do you usually get rid of beasts?” Chase asked curiously. “I know you didn’t just leave them lying around.”

A moment later, after he got dressed, Jada took one look at how cold he looked in that suit and laughed out her nervousness, "Damn, you look dangerously hot... like a mafia boss who has murder on his mind." With a faint smile at her, Chase grabbed his watch and said, "I will be back soon." ~~~~~~~*~~~~~~ Moments later, Ben brought the black Armored Cadillac Escalade ESV to a stop in front of an all-black skyscraper.

And there he was. Chase was in the living room like he belonged there. He was bare chested with my face towel hanging loosely around his neck. His hair was slightly damp, like he had just stepped out of the shower. Water still clung faintly to his skin, catching the morning light in a way that made everything feel too vivid and real.
