My entire day revolved around two things: meals that would help me gain weight, and exercises that would build my muscle strength. And, somehow, it was working, at least on paper. After all the eating, the training, and the struggling, I had managed to put on seven kilograms. At five feet five inches tall, I was now almost fifty kilograms. It was a small victory, but a victory nonetheless. To me, though, it didn’t feel like much. I saw myself every day in the mirror, same face, same body, so I didn’t notice the changes as much. But they were there.

I did a few nights ago, but I dismissed it for being bloated due to the noodles I had that night. But I was noticing it again. “You look good.” Sebastian complimented, his voice soothing. “A little weight does no harm.” His words were supposed to be assuring, but they were not so much. At least, not to me. I have tried to hard to maintain my old weight, and have started falling in love with my body. Now, I was gaining more weight. I should probably cut down the food I am eating. Yeah, that has to be it. I have been eating a lot more than before since moving to the pack house. That must have messed with my diet.

I only listened to him ramble on and on, before I asked, "Were you the one who drugged me?" During my last checkup, the doctor explained that the reason I had gained weight in the past was due to being injected with hormones, which made it impossible for me to lose weight, no matter what I did. That was the main reason why it became significantly easier for me to slim down once I left that house.

At the time, Kamila was juggling three part-time jobs, and she thought she was losing weight from exhaustion. It wasn’t until later that she realized the true cause of her weight gain. Since she was 16, her stepmother had been giving her hormone pills, which were the real reason she had put on weight.

I was very active; in fact, I was always so hyper, and everyone was worried for me. I kept them on their toes; I was overly friendly, always in a good mood, and even my employees noticed the change in my behaviour. But that only lasted for a month. In the fifth month, I saw hell. I started gaining so much weight; my feet gradually became swollen, my ribs hurt all the time, I have heartburn, my back hurts, everything hurts. Sleeping is hell for me; I am in and out of the hospital and massage spas. My OB/GYN advised me to lose weight because my baby was becoming overweight and I was at a risk of having surgery.

She glanced at the floor as Raven stared at her, puzzled. He stepped back slightly, his eyes scanning her figure. Try as he might, Raven couldn’t see what she was discussing. To him, Gia looked even more captivating. Her cheeks were fuller, no longer hollow. Her body and chest were curvier... “You’re not fat!" Raven protested. Gia shook her head. “I’ve gained a lot of weight.” It wasn’t surprising, given how she had craved steak throughout her pregnancy. "You’re not fat—you’re sexy and luscious,” Raven said, his tone firm.

Raquel complained when she saw me in the kitchen. "Good morning, fiancé." I embraced her. "I wanted to cook breakfast for you. Are you hungry?" "I'm starving." She replied. "I'll set the table so we can eat." "I can manage. Just sit down. I'm almost done." "Am I fat?" She asked while we're eating. "No. You're pregnant so I'd say it's normal for you to gain weight." "I feel like I gained so much weight. I'll be huge as a whale by the time I give birth. I wish I can just stop eating. I've been eating thrice as much than I used to." She stated as she stopped eating.

Krystal's belly was still flat like Molly's. However, Krystal's sleeping hours and appetite increased tremendously. On a side note, her metabolism rendered her the type to gain weight easily. Before this, she managed to stay fit because of regular exercise. Now, after over a month of lack of control in her diet, she had gained a lot of pounds. Fortunately, her tall stature complemented her size, and so she merely appeared fitter. She wasn't that much of a beauty to begin with. Now that she had gained a few pounds, she became uglier.

Gaining weight is normal. Could he please stop talking about gaining weight? Did he not know that women detested that word? Chris nodded. "Yes, it's normal. However, you should control yourself a little. If you keep gaining a kilogram a day, I'm afraid you'll struggle to lose it after you give birth to our child." Paige agreed she should control herself a bit. She had indeed been indulging a bit too much lately. "What if I can't lose weight? Would you be disgusted with me?" Paige asked.

“It’s okay. He was just helping me to get my rhythm back. I’ve been having a little trouble finding my footing with my new size.” “Oh?” the doctor says as he prepares my injection. “Is there something going on?” “Yes. My knees have been bothering me since the new diet. I’ve gained a lot of weight in a short time. Is that normal?” He looks me over. “Hm. Yes, you might be right. Your body needs time to adjust, but I’m going to monitor it. In the meantime, it may benefit you to continue your dancing that way your can handle the fluctuation better and keep dancing well into your pregnancy.”
