A Discovery Of Witches All Souls Trilogy นิยาย & เรื่องราว

asked the man with the blue hair at night. "Maybe," ⚛⚛⚛ "Phew I didn't think the star road was that far," Leo complained. "I told you we got on the bikes earlier," "Hey! I don't know! Who said on maps too short!" Maybe now Aza's ears will be buzzing when he hears the chirp from Leo who doesn't stop. "Ok, where is the house?" Leo asked. "I'll open the book for a bit ... my God! Maroon, Green and Brown cube witches are gathered nearby!" exclaimed Aza excitedly.

Outside the palace, the witches were waiting for the sun to go down. Their eyes fixed on the black, round metal pot, which was crafted from 11 different metals to capture the essence of the souls trapped within those green walls. Once the ritual is finished, the pot will be full. Once a witch drinks that soul essence, her primordial vein will become s: the: the Primordial vein, the vein where a witch's true power is hidden.

They all rip the witches apart quickly, and the witches start to retreat. Andricia picks up one of her paws high and smashes it to the ground. Fire erupts from her and scorches her entire territory, reaching up to the sky. All the witches turn to ash falling to the ground, and the fog creeps in once more, smelling of ash. Andricia looks around, seeing her fallen pack members. There had to be at least thirty bodies. She howls once more, this one laced with pain and sorrow, and takes off running around the house. All of the members turn to us and watch as we follow her around the house.

I tightened my grip on Giofré’s hand beside me before the feeling of his grasp suddenly diminished. Fluttering my eyes open, I felt the whole sensation of my body—cold and drenched from the rain. I was lying on the ground, feeling the mud covered my side. My vision was blurry and as my eyes started to adjust, everything became clearer. I witnessed the scene unfolding in front of me; the witches holding each others’ hands while chanting the spell, the wild wind brushing on them as they tried to prevent the dark soul from nearing them. Then suddenly, Lucas and Weston came running to their side, holding the gemstone as a witch took it.

The scene dissolved and shifted—now showing her, the Scarlet Witch herself, standing on a mountain of flames, holding a spell so enormous I could feel it ripple across my skin even here. “I made a sacrifice,” she continued softly. “My own soul. My own body. All for the chance to save as many as I could.” Light burst from her chest as she chanted. But when the spell settled, something went horribly wrong. The witches turned on each other. Terrified. Paranoid. Corrupted. “They began killing one another,” she said bitterly, “believing it was the only way to protect themselves. The wolves were not the only problem. Everyone’s DNA… every creature… had been touched by that madness.”

The street was narrow and old, cobblestones still visible beneath the tarmac at the edges, trees lining both sides and meeting overhead. "Twelve years ago," I said, "a witch from the Aldercroft Coven was fated to a wolf from the Cassin Pack. Southern territory. No previous alliance between the two families. The witch's name was Maren. She was young—late twenties—and, from what Rave described, she wasn't unlike you. Contained. Capable. Deeply invested in not being perceived as someone things happened to." Isabella said nothing. But she was listening with her whole body.

If she'd hidden something important, it wouldn't be easy to find. It took three hours before I discovered the false bottom in her wardrobe. My fingers trembled as I pried up the wooden panel. Underneath lay three leather-bound grimoires, their covers marked with symbols I didn't recognize. Protection wards hummed around them, but they recognized my blood and let me pass. I pulled out the first grimoire and opened it. My mother's handwriting filled the pages, hurried and desperate. Notes about containment spells, blood magic, sealing rituals. And one phrase repeated over and over.

You know how you, and your people sent us away, accusing all of us, for the sin of one stupid witch, who was too stupid to have fallen for a human. Humans could never be trusted, But Aurora chose to trust them, and where is she now? six feet under the ground. She wasn't even buried like a powerful witch. She was cremated and her ashes used as manure for the garden of darkness. As if loosing a witch wasn't enough, the wolves that were our friend had to accuse us and then banished us. Not like we couldn't fight back, we just had to respect your decision". She paused, moving her head backwards, she looked angry all of a sudden, but she seem to be working too hard to keep it all in.

I mutter a spell and it aids the swiftness of the process, while I spin in the air in the tornado’s encase and things get damaged due to its intensity. Bodies begin dropping rapidly into a deep slumber and I still maintain my focus leading the spell to the end of the city. The air becomes lighter and the tornado slowly dissipates just as I ensure that all human life forces are made unconscious. I shut my eyes, quelling my aura, before opening them back to find all witches walking towards me. “They are dead souls from the underworld, both supernatural and human,” a witch, Hermione, says gesturing to the troop of pale-skinned zombie-looking beings that surround the entire space.

"I don't get it. Why falling in love helps us?" She slowly turned and pulled on a weak smile as she grabbed my hand. "My dear, sweet Alice. The person you are bound by has the other half of your soul. After a witch is born, their souls are cut in half and sent to our destiny. Once you find that destiny, your life is complete. You will become the most powerful witch." Her words still ring in my head after she died that day. Still confused and a bit skeptical about this ordeal. Daniel was the love of my life, but after hearing about half-souls from Octavia, I never had those solid feelings for Daniel.
