I was engaged with a book about hunters which I got from William's old book collection. Hunters were half human and half supernatural. They looked like humans but has speed of werewolves. They can detect any werewolves near by. Their violet eyes starts glowing. Unlike other supernatural creatures hunters did not have other supernatural powers other than their speed that they can only use if their prey is near them.

The Hunter shrieked, its humanoid form flickering, core unstable, energy surging unpredictably. We pressed forward, every strike coordinated, every movement a dance of survival and fury.
