SONG OF THE CHAPTER: Follow me by Warren Saada IVARA'S POV: There is the part where I stand over my father’s body, shaking so violently that I can barely hold myself upright and there is the part where Ronan is still transformed halfway, his fur rippling over his shoulders and teeth dripping with the blood of the men he destroyed. His eyes are not Ronan’s eyes at all. They glow with a feral shine that belongs to something old and violent. Something that is not supposed to look at me.

" I have no idea what you're talking about." I quickly got up to my feet grabbing my drink as I wanted to leave. Just then, Nara held my hand stopping me. I froze. Her grip wasn’t tight, but something about her touch made my skin crawl. I looked into her eyes and my breath caught in my throat. They weren’t normal. Not gold like Kael’s. Not silver like Talon’s. Not even human brown or green. Her eyes were a deep, glowing shade of violet. And they didn’t blink.

Naraja: “Huh, the hell. I know this wasn’t here last time and what the hell is up with my eyes….the pupil is weird as hell.” Naraja knew deep down inside himself even if he had forgotten about who he was and only knew the name given to him with nothing else to go off on. Either way he knew that a person's eye or at least the pupil was not supposed to have the infinity symbol in it. Naraja examined his eye a little bit more and then heard--- ???: “Would you like to keep going?” Naraja: “UWAAAAAAAAH!!!”

My brain was already playing that 7-minute streaming of my whole life before dying that everyone talks about. I finally took a deep breath and raised my head to look at him, but as soon as I saw his glowing eyes, my breath caught away. His grey eyes were now hazel in color and looked as if they were glowing. I tried but failed to tear my gaze away from him. The attraction that I was trying to ignore for days knocked me out hard. I knew that my being dead was a matter of a few seconds or minutes (if I was lucky), but why deny anything when I only had a few moments of my life remaining?

I didn’t use too much mana though… why is it backfiring on me? Calm down… I need to calm down. I need to trace the mana back… circulate it and calm it… come on Come on! Why isn’t it working?! Why is this happening to me?! Her eyes became blurry, and she quickly blacked out as she watched the entirety of the glasshouse, once filled with flowers of all colors and life brimming inside… wither away. The last thing she saw was a smirk on the face of a black-haired woman with glistering Crimson eyes as she stared at her as if the abyss was staring back at her

I mumbled to her in my blank expression. Nora just smirked and pretended that my words didn't affect her, but her eyes couldn't hide it. I could see from her eyes how she wanted to kill me. The hunger from her eyes to kill me could not be denied. She's hungry to end my life now, but I know she's still thinking of a way to do that. As I was thinking about Nora, I was suddenly stunned when my vision showed me something. My eyes widened and then, an event from the past suddenly appeared.

Damon quizzes “Why not? It was my time to put my stamp on the world beyond my house and I wanted to be notice so for most of the time outside of home I had 2 different coloured eyes! And I thought it looked amazing!” I giggled “Your already have the most beautiful eyes” Damon said as he cupped my face to kiss me “I know it sounds dumb now but back then I thought it was cool, once my family died I couldn’t keep using them, the crying made them hurt my eyes!” My tone went to sadness and my eyes filled with tears

In front of Snowie's stunned gaze, I thrust my finger into my right eye and forcibly plucked my eyeball out. Of course, there would not be blood or gore. After all, my right eye was a prosthetic.
