I CHECKED OVER THE list that Auth had given me of this week's tasks, making sure I had done all of them. I had just finished returning a monster to its book after it had escaped. Usually, something like that wouldn’t be my priority; however, the monster had somehow managed to get into another book. It had caused some damage to the book and nearly killed one of the main characters while it was there. Having failed to find the monster before it was seen, it was now in the book. It was a good thing I wasn’t seen, otherwise Auth couldn’t have written it off since I don’t exactly fit the theme of the book.

To put it nicely. In my hands was a thick book that Chelsa had sent me from France, miraculously it was English, and the contents inside were a history over folklore and monsters which humans believe to be made up although they were just extinct in the supernatural world. I hoped to find something similar to the Northern Whispers or something that could potentially take them down - honestly, I think I’m just hoping for answers that don’t exist or may-

Now alone in the hell house left to deal with all the memories of the past, he grabbed the last book to look through and sat on the chair. The writing looked ancient, but from the pictures it showed a woman that seemed to be able to turn monsters back into humans, but then as he turned the page and looked again some the monsters she turned became dust. A witch who could turn vampires back into humans was the theory in his mind as he closed the book gently, holding it close to him for safe travel.

I made a plan that night to end her. The next night my parents had a big important party with some of my father’s clients from work. I knew that Rose would be over. When she arrived my mother kissed my forehead and left with my father. The sun hadn’t set yet so I asked Rose to go for a walk with me. She agreed and we took off into the woods behind my house. I got ahead of her and then made her think she had lost me. While she frantically looked for me I snuck behind her. I found a large piece of wood and crept up behind her. She heard the brush below my feet break as I approached her and quickly turned around. I then unleashed the Monster inside me. It was brutal and very sloppy. I honestly

Around an unhinged person that had no control of her powers, one that tucked people at arms length – and even used people as I pleased.
