It was too easy to imagine it on his wrist.

I lingered a moment longer, fingertips brushing the cold glass, almost like if I stayed still enough, I could bridge the distance between this world and mine.

You may think you’re lesser, but to Him, you are already enough. And sometimes, He sends people not to make you feel small, but to show you how deeply He provides.
I swallowed, stepping back. My reflection in the glass stared back at me—plain, simple, not part of this luxurious display. And that was okay.
