Nagpaalam saglit si Rain upang bumili ng kape sa katapat na convenient store.

Bakit kailangan. Tumitig lang siya sa akin pero sa pagkakataong iyon ay nasilip ko sa mga mata niya ang magkahalong sinseridad at pagkalito. Mabilis niyang ibinaling ulit sa labas ang tingin at tumayo na. “The rain stopped pouring. Let's go home to our twins.”
