I smiled, grabbed her hand, and placed a kiss on it. “Why would I need to? I have you to defend me, don’t I?” Jasmine froze for a moment, staring at me blankly. After a while, just as I began to think I had ruined everything with my reckless confession, a feather-light kiss brushed my cheek. I go upstairs to shower and change my clothes then join Tyler back downstairs. Tyler orders lunch for the both of us and we spend the rest of the evening watching Twilight breaking dawn. Tyler does not enjoy the movie as much as I do as he calls it annoying and he'd rather watch full action movies like John Wick and the hunger games. By the time the movie finishes I'm left with tears in the corner of my eyes which makes Tyler roll his eyes, calling me an emotional freak. Few minutes after the movie, Tyler's phone rings and he rushes out of the house soon after he receives the call.

As Dominic began rambling on and on about his family, I could not say that I wasn’t scared. Then, when the werewolf topic came up, instantly my mind went to fucking Twilight. Even though, I hated the movie, I swear I felt like that was my life for now on. Once he stopped talking, a deep sigh escaped from his mouth as he just stared back at me. I looked down at my knees, not sure what the hell to say. Him throwing all of that at me within a five minute time frame, really made me tired.

A week after finishing My Little Pony I started reading more. I read the Twilight books again. Not listening to me actually read them, it's better that way. Then my body is focused on what's happening in the book rather than doing other random things. Like what? I'm not sure. The books are just like I remember them, better than the movies.

My heart hammered against my ribs as my eyes scanned the screen, desperate. Please... please... And then I saw it. Bold. Unmistakable. Aurora Roy. A squeal escaped my lips before I could stop it.
