The kind that came from a child's drawing pad. Marcus crouched. Picked it up. Unfolded it carefully. Two figures in thick crayon lines. A tall one with long dark hair. A small one beside it, round-faced, with eyes that had been colored in with so much pressure the blue had gone almost solid - like whoever drew it had wanted to get the color exactly right. He turned it over. The handwriting on the back was learning its letters. The spacing was uneven. Some of the characters were slightly backwards the way they get when small hands are still working it out.

She was somewhere around seven or eight, completely absorbed in whatever she was drawing, her tongue pressed to the corner of her mouth in concentration. I lowered myself carefully into a chair near her, mindful of my ribs, and looked at the paper. The drawing was full. Not in a crowded way, in a deliberate way, like she had a clear picture in her head and was working her way across the page with intention. There was a dragon in the top left, red and blocky with impressive teeth. Below it, a woman in a red cape with a pointed hat on a flying broom, carefully coloured with a orange crayon. Scarlett’s POV I found a large, sturdy tree, its branches stretching out protectively overhead, and decided to sit beneath it. I took a deep breath, feeling the cool earth beneath me, and closed my eyes, determined to quiet the storm in my mind. I needed focus, clarity. I needed peace. As I sank deeper into meditation, I tried to clear my thoughts, let the tension drain from me. But then, an image began to take form in my mind, vivid and unshakable, as if someone had pulled back a veil to reveal something meant just for me.

Lucinda stretched her claws and pointed its tip to her chest. She pushed firmly and the blade stabbed her skin. The dark blood poured in the wound and mixed with Sara's body leaving a black mark. 'Again!' She took out the saber and dipped it in the cask and then she stabbed her chest again. As she repeated the process, a figure began to appear on her body. Lucinda took two hours to complete the drawing and when it was over it covered her entire right chest area and a half of her shoulder, as for the pain she felt during the process, it didn't even make her tremble.

There was no time to waste. Lyda rushed to work. She retrieved the last pages of Aunt Mara's book from under her mattress, tossing them aside until she found the one she was looking for. The hardened black substance on the parchment revealed a drawing consisting of a circle with a series of lines running inside it to form a six-armed star, the vertices of which pointed to six smaller circles around the edge of the large one. This was it. She remembered studying it briefly before Aunt Mara's book was destroyed, but now was the time to put her knowledge to the test.

He does this all the time just to stop me from crying, and it works every single time. Be careful Scar!!", he said making me laugh, Tony looked to the paper one more time and blushed when he saw our holding hands.

I touched up some other things like her nose and lips before dropping the pencil. I exhaled and stared at my drawing. It was yet another portrait of the scary redhead woman, I had dreamt about her again. The dream was pretty much the same as the previous one, she had been chasing me through a dark lonely forest, I tripped and just when she was about to swipe at me with her claws; I jolted awake.

Being an Alpha is such work, I really needed to be with her always, buy my responsibilities are important too. I sit on the chair and open the scrapbook slowly. I dusted it off first though because it's so dusty. Wow, what beautiful drawings? I am met by a beautiful drawing on the first page. There is a small scribbling like a signature at the bottom of the page. And it looks like Sylvia's name. The first drawing is of a bridge, there is water under the bridge and a charming Scenery at the end of the bridge. There is also quite rising sunshine. The start of the bridge is rough and rocky. The drawing has so many little details in it.

I just finished the cup of coffee I was supposed to spill on his jacket. Really now it feels like the entire world is against me, I wanted to curse at him, but I can't speak that will grab the professors attention again. I started drawing on my notebook hoping that will keep me awake, I don't know how to draw...I have never been good at it, so I was just drawing lines trying to make something out of it. I stretched out my arms, blinking my eyes to stay awake "keep your eyes open Scarlet... You can do this" I whispered to myself.
