I… I will just go now. I… actually don’t have much to pack. I’ve not really worn those clothes that you’ve bought me, and the house I’m staying in later on will also not be this big, so I don’t want it anymore. I’m… I’m going now.” After saying that, Jane turned around and walked out. When she exited the door, she met a woman. The woman who delivered the documents blocked Jane and said contemptuously, “Hello, what a coincidence, we meet again.”

I flipped through the pages, inhaling the faint smell of old papers. “It's all here, Andrew.” I croaked. “I know…” he whispered. “What do you two want?” A haggard voice asked, walking close to us. My eyes landed on a wrinkly figure, a cane to balance her as she walked closer.

She had tried on five dresses earlier, changed the colour of her lipstick thrice and tried four different shoes. Her small but cozy New jersey apartment smelt like hair products, lipsticks and ten different perfumes. It was at that time that Ana decided she has had enough of looking at her entire wardrobe and had made sure she stuck with the short and sleevless black gown she was putting on. " Ana...you know how big this night is for me" Riley said and sat on the bed facing Ana " he is going to propose girl" " Well, you don't exactly know that" Ana said and lifted one of her eyebrows" I mean, he didn't say that and haven't we learnt not to just assume things with these men?"

Maybe she'd love me again. But every try just pushed her further away. The concert finally ended. The crowd slowly filtered out, but Mom made no move to leave. Holding her hand, Maya looked up. "Mom, aren't we going home? Isn't Sophie still putting on her show?"

Henry asked again, as he began to slowly lead Louisa to be able to walk closer to the car, and enter it. "Huh... I don't know how to explain and tell all the things that Jane said earlier at me to you. It feel so difficult." Louisa muttered in response as soon as she got into the car. So is Henry does the same. Louisa looked at Henry who now also returned his gaze there. “She talks quite a lot to me back then… I mean, of course I like that things. Because also there will be more and more things that I can know afterwards from her. It's just that Jane's last sentence really annoyed me until right now." Louisa then turned her gaze towards the outside of the car window.

The parlour and her family would always have a place in her heart. Jane was happy for her, wishing only the best and more than happy to carry on where she would leave off. She was more than capable for her role and she had shown that a few times. As planned, tomorrow would be her last day at the parlour and everything was in place. All she needed to do was inform the rest in the morning and wish them well. Jane stood at the door of her study chamber watching her in silence and though she could see her from the corner of her eyes. She waited for her to say what she wanted to say and after a while and she didn’t speak; she did.

"By the way, I asked Jane to put the gifts that you didn't open in the room where you used to live. If you want to open them, I'll take you back." Elizabeth opened the gifts for so long yesterday, and those were all fine gifts, but most of them were ornaments or paintings. After all, it was their wedding, and the guests couldn't send the gifts which only catered to one of them. "There's no need. You can deal with them by yourself. You can find time to come back, or ask Jane to open them. Now I am not as excited as I was last night, and I don't want to move anymore." "Alright, just stay at home and don't think too much."

Today is their last day. This is our last day as friends at the resort. "Friend, you're so fresh! I must have sprinkled a lot on you, right?!" Jane tempted me. Ellen followed this with laughter. I just rolled my eyes at them. "Ayieee! He was watered really hard oh. Blooming, blooming, eh". Ellen teases me. "Crazy people". We are now at Jane's cabin. Ellen and I just watched Jane as she packed her own things. We both sat on two chairs opposite the bed. We both finished packing so we hung out at Jane's cabin.

Jane said, opening a cabinet to reveal a small fridge containing some champagne, sparkling juice, and wines. “Champagne?” Jane offered and Antheia just nodded. She poured on their glasses and handed one to Antheia which she took a sip from. Jane emptied her glass in one shot, and then walked to the landline telephone, ringing the maid’s room. “Hello, please send the chief maid Tessa to the ladies’ chamber. Tell her to bring a robe for our guest.” Jane ordered and the other person on the line immediately complied. They sat on the couch, facing each other, a table in between them, and Jane sighed as she reminisced her sister’s suffering when her mate died and she was arranged to a man she did
