Sa bawat salitang aking isinulat, may bitbit itong lihim na pagod at pag-asa, mga salitang lumalakad sa pagitan ng dilim at liwanag, parang pusong hindi alam kung susuko ba o magpapatuloy pa. May mga gabing ang mundo ay tahimik, ngunit ang isip ko ay maingay na parang bagyong hindi mapigil,

Para bang sa bawat tingin at bawat salita niya, may binabago sa'kin. Kinagabihan, nakaupo ako sa kama. Binabalikan ko ang sketchpad. Naroon pa rin ang guhit ng koi pond, ng mga halaman, ng tubig na kumikislap. Pero mas malinaw sa isip ko ang sinabi niya. Dreams don’t have to be loud to be real. Even the smallest detail can change the whole picture. Bakit gano’n? Bakit parang espesyal sa pandinig ko, kahit simple lang?
