I really didn’t want to say the words but what I said next made me burst into tears… as I slowly shattered into pieces. “J-Just give me time and I’ll break up with him.”

Tears forming into my eyes. "Are you out of your mind?!" I spat with anger dipping in each word. Ramdam ko ang pag tulo ng luha ko pero pinipigilan kong lumabas. He gritted his teeth. Wherein, everyone was in a total shock while looking at Hanna and the broken telephone. He wipes my tears away. He leaned to kiss my forehead, eyes, cheeks, chin before uttering the words that make me on verge of crying again.

I laugh sarcastically. “Tita, I was fucking broken. My whole support system broken down. My whole life was torn apart. I fucking lost everything. No one in their right fucking mind would be able to function well after seeing their parents’ bodies in that state! Like a fucking meat burnt to a fucking crisp!”

“Tapos? Ano ba ang dahilan kung bakit nawalay ka sa daddy mo? O kung ano ang nangyari sa kanila?” Tipid siyang ngumiti at bumuntong-hininga. “They’re breaking up, but not because someone cheated. But deep down, you know it's the right thing to do, for both of you."
