Causing blood to drip down from her teeth, like some sort of Halloween trick. Her lips were reaching her elf like ears. Giving her this horrible sight. And out of fear, I had try to produce a sound, but I couldn't. All my classmates were busy with their work book, and couldn't see this

The disquieting racket of an old man hacking up a lungful of phlegm filled the room. Although she wanted to leave, she turned. Continued. Wandered deeper into this dark forest of forgotten words. They bore such outlandish titles as The House of Darkness, The Tree that Screamed, The Strangler Fig, The Devil’s Mansion, Crimson Ice, The Undying Monster and Heads, You Lose. He’d consumed those books one after the other, a new junkie mainlining his first fix. Grandma White promised him when she passed, he could have them all. Those books were older than any of the others in his office.

Librarian at Work! Agnes had been the first person Maud had considered when she began reading the comic last night. The librarian had responded to her call by inviting her friend around for breakfast. I glanced over to the books, and to the candles beside it. I sat there staring at the candles, wondering at my stupidity for not noticing the candles that were just beside the books that I tore the pages of. If there were candles, there must have been a box of matches somewhere in there. I facepalmed myself for not realizing this sooner. “You really are stupid as what that old lady said.”

This was the stupidest form of revenge I could think of. One day, while I was secretly discarding the medicine, Clover caught me red-handed. Disbelief was written all over his face as he shrieked, "Moron, what the hell are you doing? This is the medication that's supposed to keep you alive!"

The old lady paused for a moment and then smiled, "I'm afraid you've got the wrong person." "Hmm?" "The clothes were not from me."
