Novel & Cerita The Smile On Your Face Lets Me Know

He said something dahilan para mapatigil ako sa aking ginawa. "Your presence makes me happy." Then A wide smile plastered on his face, A Smile that everyone adored. I just stare at him and say, " Of course you should 'cause we're bestfriends, right? " Then, a smile slowly vanished on his face.

“You were smiling.” “Ha?” “You were smiling at your phone.” Natahimik ako. “Bakit? Bawal na ba ngumiti?” “Don’t do that.” “Don’t do what?” “Don’t smile like that for someone else.”

but it felt nice, and it suits him, he looked younger than his usual emotionless face. "You look good smiling," I commented without even thinking of it. He paused. “Really?” He then tried to smile again, but this time it seemed forced and looked like he's constipated. Yung pilit na ngiti na parang naiipit sya. "Like this?” I winced, "No, not that kind of smile, You'll only scare people away." "Oh. Hindi ko alam pano ngumiti.” Napatingin sya sa baba. "I guess it comes off naturally when I'm happy.."

"Okay, game! Face to the camera, everyone! One... two... three... smile!" I flashed a smile but a smile that can't even reach in my eyes, a smile that tells so many things that can't even be spoken in words, and a smile that is fake... that it could tell that a smile that is not real at all.

And that smile 'Yung ngiti niyang pilit niyang tinatago pero nahuli ko pa rin was enough to keep me holding on. Because that smile means something. It means I’m already a step closer to her.

"Parang hindi ka talaga happy, eh. Tingnan mo 'yang ekspresyon ng mukha mo." "Ms. Marquez," may pagbabanta na sa tono na tawag nito sa akin. "What? Chine-check ko lang naman kung happy po talaga kayo, parang isang smile lang, eh. Damot." Pumalatak ito. "Sige, may naisip ako, ganito na lang, if you're happy, clap your hands nga, Boss," utos ko. "What? Ba't ko naman gagawin 'yon?"

Ang unfair kasi ng mundo, ba't gano'n? Ikiniling nito kapagkwan ang ulo bago sumagot. "Nothing. It's just that, I can see that you always smile and laugh a lot. But I can also see that there are times that it never reaches your eyes. Paano mo nagagawa 'yon?"

"may nagsabi saakin na,kapag gusto mo raw na makilala ang isang tao.kunan mo siya ng larawan ng hindi niya alam.whether they are happy, sad, angry or even asleep.because that is the true expression they show, rather than knowing they are going to be photographed and facing the camera." Natahimik ako, totoo ang sinabi ni leo.dahil madalas kong ginagawa iyon.ma'am maya likes to take pictures of us together, then she'll look at our pictures on her own cellphone, and ask me when i'll show my real smiles.sometimes i take selfies too, because i just want to be seen smiling in front of the camera, but i know my smiles aren't real, because i'm not truly happy. "Boss, nandito na tayo sa mansyon."

Tumango ako. "What?? Nag-jogging ka ng walang tubig? An-tanga mo naman." "Tanga agad, hindi ba pwedeng nakalimutan lang." Natawa sya, maganda pala sya sa malapitan pag nakatawa sya. Nakamasid lang ako, as if i was mesmerized by that smile. "Hey, what??? Something wrong with my face?" "Wala."

"That won't happen, Ma'am." he said and smiled. Damn, his face brightened because of that smile. I already know he is hot when serious or devilishly handsome when being playful, but I think I like his smiling face more. It's warm and carefree. "Pa-fall." mahinang usal ko at kunwaring napaismid.
