AVERY'S POV “Ma, kamusta po ang pakiramdam mo?” tanong ko kay Mama, habang pinupunasan siya ng katawan. “Ayos naman anak. Nitong mga nagdaang araw, napapansin kong nawala na ang kinang saiyong mga mata. Wag mo kong masyadong alalahanin, anak ko. Lalaban ang Mama, at kakayinin ko ang gamutan, para sainyo.” hinaplos ni Mama ang aking mukha.

I glance my wife. 'wife,wake up please.. I need you' wishing that she'll respond to me. I hopelessly turn back my gaze to my mother. There's a lot of emotion in her eyes. To the point i can't read it. "Don't be mad on them my son,"malunay na paki-usap niya. "Pero bakit?bakit hindi?"agaran kong tanung sa kanya trying not to shuttering. Ayan, ayan na naman ang ngiti niya na napaka-bait. Ngiti niyang nakakahawa.

The woman shouted as soon as they pushed the cell open. Her mother has blonde curly hair and blue eyes. Kahit luhaan ang bata ay naalala ko na ganito ang mga mata niya. She looks like her mother but that child named Missy has her father's hair. She must be a brunette with blue eyes woman when she grew up if she didn't die yesterday. Lalo akong nanlumo sa naisip. Masiyado pa siyang bata para mawala. Masiyado siyang inosente para brutal na patayin.

She wasn't like this the last time we saw each other. She turned to face me, a smile still on her lips, but her eyes were filled with longing—a mother's longing for her child. "Matalino talaga ang anak ko." I noticed she was fighting back tears. Her actions alarmed me; she was a completely different person than the one I had met at the church. "Mommy..."

HARRY JOHNSON POV SA muling pagmulat ng aking mga mata, ang nag-aalalang mukha ni Mommy ang kaagad na sumalubong sa akin. Bakas ang luha sa mga mata nito na halatang galing sa pag-iyak.

I plastered a wide smile at my mother as if I wasn’t broken deep inside. “Mama...” My mother is still in her mid-40s. She always looks so young but right after what happened to my sister, it seems like she grew older so quick each passing day. Some white strands of her hair is now showing. She doesn’t even care anymore how she looks now, which was her always concern the past few weeks. Mom gave me a faint smile. Her eyes wandered around my face like she’s looking for something... like she’s thinking what’s on my mind.

Kaya pala pamilyar ang mga mata niya noong una ko siyang nakita. “Ang ganda,” wala sa sariling turan ko. Her eyes twinkled. “'Yong eyes ko po?” Tumango ako. “Alam niyo po ba, sabi po ni papa same raw kami ng eyes ni mama. Pero hindi ko pa po siya nakikita,” malungkot niyang saad. Akmang magtatanong ako pero isang boses ang narinig ko. “Nandito lang pala kayo. Tinawagan kita pero 'di ka sumasagot.” His baritone voice echoed.

Ipinagpapasalamat niya at hindi gaanong kabilis ang pag-angat nito. “Mommy, look! We can see the whole city!” She can see in her son’s eyes the happiness and she felt like she fulfilled her role as a mother to him. His eyes shimmered like diamonds. Her heart felt full and content just watching her son that happy. Wala na siyang iba pang maihihiling pa.

"Bwu waz?" "Yes, baby. You have blue eyes." I chuckled while staring at her eyes. How can I forget her father when she is a living reminder of him? Nakakamanghang pagmasdan na 'yong mga mata niya mula no'ng unang beses na dumilat siya hanggang sa kasalukuyan ay parehong-pareho pa rin. The people from my past would identify the father of my daughter without the needs to confirm it.

I kinda feel bad but I also like his presence near me. My tears fell nonstop again nang makita ko si Mommy. She's now wearing a white dress and has a make up that covers her pale face. She's beautiful and that would be more beautiful if she has her eyes open and has smile on her lips pero, wala na. Hindi na mangyayari yun.
