"Don't let her escape! She killed the Alpha of our pack." Aluma heard another scream behind her.

Panting, she makes a run for it. Even tho she has no idea where to run to, Her quarters wasn't safe for her to hide and she'll eventually get caught if she hides in the quarters.

She had tears on her eyes as she continue running through the bushes , Alot number of the pack warriors were right behind her, chasing her.

Accusing her of having killed the Alpha. Even her , didn't know what happened, but she swear she didn't do it. It must have been a misunderstanding.

But no one will believe her, not with her hands stained with blood.

Suddenly, she stumbled and fall on her face. Right when she tried to stand up again, a sword was drawn on her, placed right on her neck.

"Please, Don't kill me. I didn't do it." She mumbled to the warrior who looked at her and without a word, picked her up and immediately slap her.

Aluma felt blinded for a second, and when she eventually gained her sight, she had been surrounded. Everyone was screaming at her, calling her a murderer and ordering for her to be killed.

"I didn't do it!!" She yelled in tears but who cares about what she has to say?

She's just a omega. The lowest rank in the Pack and no one cares whether she's innocent or not, someone has to take the blame anyways. Her hands were stained with bloods, and the Alpha's Beta had catch her in the room standing and staring at the lifeless body of the Alpha.

What sort of evidence does she have to prove she didn't do it?

Two warriors picked her up and drag her back to the Alpha chambers.

"Kill her! She might have become a witch too. How dare she kill our Alpha!"

"How evil could you be woman! Burn her! Cease her existence."

No matter how hard she tried to block the screaming , she just have to face it. No one in the packs actually cared for her, no one. But even if anyone really cared for her, who would support her during such a scandal?

Aluma knew she stands no chance in escaping the wrath of Daven's Pack. She felt her life had always been meaningless, and the moon goddess had decided to make things worse for her.

Aluma was pushed to fall on her knees before the Alpha's young Luna whose eyes were all red as she cries, The Alpha's dead body was still there. And Aluma had to watch as the doctors arranges it to get it burnt and honoured.

Luna Aria turned immediately she saw Aluma bring dragged, Without hesitation, she draw the sword of one of the warriors and made to attack her with it, Good thing Aluma get saved from such horrible death by the Alpha's Beta.

The same one who had catch her.

"Aria, we can't have two murderers in our pack in a day. The deed is already done, you can't paint your hands with blood too. You are not Evil, She is the Evil one here." Escobar, tried to calm her down.

Aria slowly dropped the sword and hug Escobar in tears.

"Alpha gave her shelter, provided her with food, did everything for her! How could she be so evil to pay us back like this?" Her head rests on Escobar's chest as she weeps.

"Believe me Aria, I didn't do it. Someone else did it and is trying to put the blame on me. I won't do anything to hurt the alpha."

"How dare you still try to deny it!!" This time, Escobar didn't hold her back. He let her do what she wants to do, Aria can punish her but he won't let her kill her without her fate being decided.

Aria flinch at Aluma and grab her by her neck, choking her, with tears storming down her cheeks.

She didn't believe the death of her Alpha to be true until she have to enter his chamber to confirm it.

Finding out he was murdered in cold blood wasn't the worst, but seeing the murderer trying to act Innocent, what could be worse?

"Aria, I'm choking please!"

"You deserve to die, For having the mindset to kill the Alpha that had done nothing but try his best to protect this pack, You are just a mere Omega! A slave! You can't forget that. You could have been died by now, but my Alpha took you in and saved you from being feasted on. This is how to pay him back!? By murdering him! Tell me now Aluma, why did you do it?"

Anyone around could tell that Luna Aria is heated up, and if Aluma isn't taken away from her, she might eventually kill her.

"I didn't do it." Aluma's voice was low, she's tired.. tired of trying to prove her innocence which is fetal.

"Aria, Let her go. I promise you she'll be punished for what she did, in her next life she'll know better not to be a killer."

Aria cringe and let go, it seems Escobar is the only one she listens to. Aluma tried to catch her breath and tears roll down her cheeks.

She was so close to meeting with death, even if she didn't die today, she have to prepare herself as death is already knocking on her door. There's no escape.

"Guards, Take her to the dungeon and lock her up. She'll face the court by sunset tomorrow."

As Aluma was being dragged away from the Chambers, the pack member's waiting outside to hear the news of her being killed by the Luna too begin to mutter.

And soon the murmuring turned to another shouting.

"Witch! Murderer! Kill her , burn her!. She's evil, nothing of such had even happened in our land before, let her be burnt!."

Aluma had to hide herself between the warriors that was dragging her, other than having to face the angry members.

The looks on their face when they received the news of their Alpha's death, was one that could kill. They were ready to bounce on her.

"Oh Thy Moon Goddess, Please save me from this sins I know nothing about." Aluma muttered and cried.

Then, she was pushed inside the dungeon and the cell was locked shut. Leaving only her in such dark place, to talk to the moon goddess what had happened...

She looked at her still stained hand and looked away in disgust.

"What had happened? I didn't possibly kill the Alpha..I'm just an omega, no way I can kill a man as great as an Alpha himself. Or did I?"

The sound of the cell opening woke Aluma up, she had fallen asleep on the floor and she hasn't realized how cold she's feeling until she opened her eyes.

"Who's there?" Aluma went on to ask, slowly.

She had waited patiently for whoever that opened to cell to come in, she had expected punishment. But then, she remembered that she'll be executed tomorrow and the Beta had ordered no one to enter the cell till the next sunset.

A figure approaches her, and without a word begin untying her. Aluma didn't need anyone to tell her that this person is a female, but she had a scarf on which covers her face expect her eyes.

"What are you doing?" Aluma couldn't help but ask as she watch her kneely.

"Getting you to escape, you need to get out of here. I know you're Innocent, I believe you."

"Who are you?" There was excitement in her voice now, at least she wasn't going to die. But she have to be careful, no one in the pack can she trust anymore.

"Who I am doesn't matter, what matters is that you need to get out of here before the Beta arrives, I saw him on the hall way."

"What makes you think I didn't kill the Alpha, everyone believes I did, why not you?."

Her saviour stops for a while and look at her, without taking the scarf off yet, she chuckles.

"Because I know you didn't. Now go on, run! Run away from the pack... Cross the border and find shelter somewhere."

Aluma had some questions to ask her, but that can wait. She needs to run away just like this stranger had told her.

"Thank you for believing in me."

Standing up, Aluma makes a run for it, while escaping she heard a scream. She stops for a while and look back, it was the voice of her saviour.

"Search for her! Don't let that murderer get away! "

Aluma turned and face the large field, she still have some miles to run before she gets to the burder, but she's going to do it anyways, as long as she saves her self from getting burnt and disgraced.

Without blinking, she makes a run for it.

"Protect me ,Moon Goddess. For I am innocent of what I'm accused for."

"She's over there! There's a figure, catch her!"

It took Aluma five minutes of running to get to the border. She stops, no one had dared crossed the border. No matter what happens, she have never heard of someone daring to cross the border.

But all that was when the Alpha was alive, Aluma didn't care what awaits her over the other side or the other pack she'll be entering. Without hesitation, Aluma crossed over the border and that was when she collapsed. Tired of running, she lay lifeless in the outstrike of the pack she had just entered, leaving her fate to the moon goddess.
