Ever After: A Cinderella Story Novels & Stories

The rain outside felt like a cruel reflection of the chaos tearing through Mich’s chest. Inside the quiet office, after Veronica had marched out, Mich’s gaze fell sharply on the brown envelope. Her hands trembled as she picked up the documents inside, but it wasn't just the surveillance photos that caught her eye. Slid underneath them was a glossy, sophisticated invitation card—an engagement gala announcement bearing the names of Zane Villanueva and Veronica Delos Reyes.

He likes her this way— clingy and affectionate, kaysa noon na halos isumpa siya ni Lara. Oh, he can't wait to make love to her again.

“Who knows what I was planning next, huh? Of course, to build a family with Lyah—Allyah Jane Crambell-Fernandez. Oh, she’s now Mrs. Katakori. And married to Crambell? Well, I didn’t know she was from Crambell before we married. I just accidentally fell in love with my wife the first time I saw her one summer night and married her. Greedy? If wanting to spend the rest of my life with her is being greedy, so be it.”

“Colleen knows how to act sweet. But she’s a strategist. She learned from the best. She doesn’t stab. She poisons your drink and watches you drown.” “How about New York?” tanong ni Nero. "She flew all the way to New York, stormed into that charity event like she owned the damn city... just to see if the rumors were true that I had the audacity to marry you."

It was a real Cinderella story after all. (Totoo palang may happily ever after…)

"One day, the prince got lost and the young princess found him. He was badly hurt. Even though he's been very bad to the young princess, the young princess still took care of him. The young prince realized that he has love the young princess for a long time. He was just indenial." "Did they live happily ever after?" "I'm hoping they will soon have their happy ever after, baby." "Huh? Why? Cinderella and barbie have a happy ever after with their prince charming." Like a stone?" Ivan chuckled. "Yes. The prince deserve it." "Huh?"

I look at zairheign, inaantok na ito as she yawns and look at me with her sleepy half open eyes. "Mama continue I want to hear the ending, Hindi ko iyon naririnig simula ng ikwento mo yan sakin. Does the Prince and cinderella live happily ever after?" No baby, hindi naging sila sa huli. "Sleep now darling, its not the right time for you to know, soon I will tell you the ending..sleep now baby," "oh, okay mama, good night I love you."
