Menceritakan kisah Xie Tianlan, seorang ketua mafia yang dijuluki hantu malam, yang terbunuh dan jiwanya terlempar ke dunia kultivator. Di mana yang kuat menelan yang lemah, dan yang lemah diperbudak oleh yang kuat. Dia menempati tubuh seorang pemuda desa yang sering dibully dan disiksa karena buta. Suatu hari, dia melakukan perjalanan ke Hutan Beast untuk mendapatkan harta yang dikabarkan bisa mengombang-ambingkan alam fana. Tianlan kemudian diminta oleh 7 roh spirit legendaris untuk melakukan sebuah misi yang juga berkaitan dengan kematian Tianlan. Mirthlessly, I laughed. "I'm your boss' brother. Tell her she's talking to me when she comes home." The manager did not let me go. "Just say you can't afford it. You're not the first one to try and claim you know Ms. Grayheim. I know leeches like you well enough." I texted my secretary. 'Tell my sister she either fires this guy, or I pull my funds out.'
