Sa bawat rehiyon ay mayroong Death Judge, ang pag-asa ng bayan, ngunit ang Rehiyon ng Normous lamang ang walang Death Judge at ang umako sa posisyon nito ay ang emperor mismo. *~* Si Maximaze Lativitus Park ay isang mamamayan ng Normous at nasa pinakamababang-antas lamang ng sibilisasyon sa rehiyon.
