Banyak kasus kematian yang pada akhirnya berhasil Setya ungkap, bukan semata ia sengaja mencari petunjuk untuk membantu kepolisian. Hanya saja mereka sendiri yang datang untuk meminta pertolongan padanya. Tak jarang mereka datang tanpa tahu tempat, di mana pun bisa datang jika ada kesempatan, memperlihatkan diri dengan bentuk mereka yang bermacam rupa dari yang biasa saja hingga yang bisa membuat perut mual. Hal itu sudah biasa bagi Setya, ia akan membantu para arwah yang datang menemuinya dan melakukan hal yang bisa membuat mereka tenang.

Dr. Jean S Nicole, assistant professor at the Kiiing's University. The person with great thoughts, great personality and the role model for many. One day some backbenchers were smoking cigarettes, and one of them saw something unusual in the back of the main building of the university, Dr. Nicole was hanging from the roof. They called the Chairman and other staff, after a while police came and started to investigate. At first everyone thought it's a suicide case but police get something weird about VC. Dr. Sapphire and Dr. Nicole both were fighting last week, and the result came as murder. Dr. Sapphire killed his colleague by strangling and then he brought him to the back of the building and hanged him by the roof. Dr. Sapphire, VC of the Kiiing's University get arrested in the murder case of his colleague. Everything changed when the postmortem report came in sight of the investigation officer Clark Black. But it was too late because the Vice Chancellor got hanged by the court. People started to protest against the judiciary and lawsuit because VC was not the actual suspect. Then the question is who's the real suspect, who killed Dr. Jean. After two weeks of this case another suicide case came as a mystery. In this case, the victim was killed by thousands of nails. Most interesting thing was there was no mark of blood after getting a thousand holes in the body. Back in the case of Dr. Nicole's murder, investigation officer get to know in postmortem report that there was no blood in the body of victim. It was strange but it wasn't the end, in just ten days there were thousand cases in which the victims were killed in different ways and every case seemed like suicide but it wasn't.

It was my third day working as an NPC cashier in a horror game when the supermarket got completely wrecked by players. They stormed in, smashing shelves, looting everything, setting fires, feeling real proud of themselves. "Told you the shopkeeper here was useless. Absolutely trash in all combat stats," one said. "Grab whatever you want. Once we're done, we'll just kill the owner," another chimed in. My mouth was gagged. I shook my head in terror. One of the players sneered. "Begging? That won't save you." No! That was not what I was trying to say! I was trying to tell them that today was the NPC internal shopping day. Three minutes from now, every single dungeon boss in the entire game would be rushing here to shop.

When the Bosses finished their overtime and saw their pre-ordered burritos on the ground in pieces, their eyes became dark, and they were immediately infuriated. The Patchwork Monster was so angry that the stitches on its body were beginning to break. It started ripping the players apart. The Eight-Armed Maiden’s hair fanned out and pierced many players. The Wedding Dress Maiden suddenly became a giant and started eating the players one by one. The Bosses were willing to work overtime and maintain the operations of the dungeons overnight just so that they could have a burrito. That night, all the players were sleeping when they were forced to join a horror game.

Modupe Bankole Williams swore never return to the country of her birth, not since her mother returned back leaving her with her cheat of a father and his mistress. But Modupe's ambition is bigger to her than some silly vow she made as a teenager. Which is how she finds herself on a flight to Nigeria with her playboy Colleague, Will and six resident doctors in her care. The whole world got sucked into a survival horror game. While everyone else was grinding mobs and trying not to get wiped, the system bugged out and tagged me as an NPC. My role? Takeout girl. I cruised around on my busted scooter, dropping food at boss lairs. If my rating dipped under 9.0, I'd keel over instantly. I figured I was just some unlucky idiot skating on death's edge. Then a pack of dumb players tried to jack my ride. That's when the scariest bosses in the game roared at once: "Who the hell thinks they can touch my crew?!"
