Lord God, I come to you with everything I have, hoping that you can somehow restore the harm and heal his and my souls. You have bestowed the gift of love onto me, God. You've endowed me, and all of us humans, with hearts that can open up to others and the capacity to connect in ways we can't always describe or grasp. It's incredible. But there are instances when I don't get it. Why do you allow us to fall for individuals who aren't necessarily good for us? Why do you enable us to have such strong emotions and deep relationships if they are doomed to fail? Why do you allow us to be duped, abused, damaged, and abandoned?

They started to believe that maybe there was a bigger plan at work, guiding them along. Even though life threw them some curveballs, they found themselves drawn to each other in a way they couldn't explain. They realized they had a special connection that went beyond luck or coincidence. Now, when they look at their family, they feel grateful for all the unexpected twists and turns that brought them together. The judgements, the accusations, the bad things they throw at me, the… sin I had done… all of it… and being in this certain situation right now, makes me feel… that I deserve it.

Why does life seem to be unfair for some? Why are we not content with what we have? Why do we suffer even though we don't deserve it? Most people say that everything happens for a reason, but does it really? Bakit kung minsan parang hindi naman talaga natin deserve and sakit na binabato sa atin ng buhay? Bakit kung minsan sobra-sobrang sakit pa ang natatanggap natin? Kailangan ba talagang masaktan para may matutunan?

Sometimes good people can do bad things when they are hurting and bad people can do good things when they experience the attack of conscience. What if gano'n sina Art at Jane? What if Rain was just blinded by this crazy feelings she has for Art that time? By her own conscience because she hurt him? By her conscience for her mama because Rain has been a worse daughter to her? By her worries, stress, disappointment and everything!

KABANATA 13 IAN’S POV They always say that life is unfair and that having a bad day is already a bad luck. But for me, experiencing such phenomena is a blessing in disguise. Because if we try to look into it, there is a reason behind why that phenomenon has happened to you or why did you experience it. That is what I always believe in.
