Ang kailangan ko ngayon ay lakas ng loob at tiwala sa sarili. Ang kailangan ko ngayon ay isang matatag na puso at isip. Ang kailangan ko ngayon ay isang matatag na paniniwala sa aking sarili. Ang kailangan ko ngayon ay isang matatag na pag-asa sa kinabukasan. Ang kailangan ko ngayon ay isang matatag na pagmamahal sa aking sarili at sa aking anak. goshhh

“Don’t forget to take care of yourself, okay? You can’t pour from an empty cup.” Napatawa ako nang mahina. Pamilyar na sa akin ang linyang ‘yon; ilang beses na rin niyang sinabi iyon para ipaalala sa akin na unahin din ang sarili. Parang naging mantra na namin. “I know. I’m trying. Pero alam mo na, ang hirap lang minsan. Everything feels so fragile. Parang laging may nakaambang mali.”

So no one should feel like they are above me. Inaamin ko na napaka mahiyain kong tao. I am not into showing my self kasi hindi ako confident. But when it comes to this, when it come's to a situation where I felt like I was being underestimated too much. Napupukaw ang dragon na mahimbing lang natutulog sa aking kalooban. Ang pagkabigo’y hindi sumisimbolo ng katapusan, kundi katapusan upang matutunan muli ang bagong kabanata. Hindi niya alam kung anong nangyayari sa kaniya pero nang hindi makayanan ang pagdadalamhati agad siyang tumakbo sa pintong nakasara. Hindi na niya alintana ang kung sinong kumakatok ba sa pintuan niya. Wala siyang naiisip sa kasalukuyan kundi maglabas ng sama ng loob. Pumasok siya sa loob ng banyo at humagulgol na umupo roon. “I’m sorry, Self. I’m sorry to be hurt. I’m sorry for being not enough for anyone. Sorry for my insecurities that affect you a lot.
